It is with great sadness that after 20 years trading we have been forced to close down.
The reason for this solely down to BT / Openreach and the failure of their Cloud Broadband and Telephone system
This service failed on February 6th 2023, I am told that this is due to a Major Service Outage affecting the South West, but am unable to get any details on what the problem is or where it is located, and currently there is no timescale on a fix.
In the office I have no broadband, and no telephone this makes trading and running the business impossible.
